Scrumptious spinach and fire roasted red peppers, a rich velvety cheesy egg custard and no crust – what a revelation of flavor! Nothing like the doughy and bland version you might have tried before. Using the almost magical tray you can bake OR microwave (in fact they are better that way!) our gourmet vegetarian recipe for tasty, colorful, and moist results your guests will enjoy. So extraordinary and different, we call them mini soufflés!
COOKING DIRECTIONS
MICROWAVE (for best results):
1. Puncture plastic film several times and place entire tray into microwave.
2. Microwave for 90 seconds.
3. If not heated through, microwave in 30 second increments until hot.
4. Let stand a few minutes before serving
OVEN:
1. Preheat oven to 375F for 10 minutes.
2. Remove from film and place bakeable tray on lined baking pan in the center of the oven.
3. Bake 18 - 20 minutes until golden brown.
