FAQ - Shipping, Orders & Returns

 Shipping & Order Processing 

  • All orders ship Monday - Wednesday (excluding holidays)
  • We cannot process same day orders (If order is urgent, please contact customer support by calling 1-877-507-1527)
  • All orders are delivered within two days of leaving our freezers (next day air available) 
  • Orders are processed within 72 hours of being placed (If order is urgent, please contact customer support by calling 1-877-507-1527)
  • Once shipment is received, open immediately and place perishable contents into freezer until ready to prepare. (Please note:Dry ice may have dissipated, product should still be cool to touch. If ice is still in the container, DO NOT HANDLE WITH BARE HANDS & KEEP AWAY FROM CHILDREN


  • Because our items are perishable products, we do not accept returns. We are 100% committed to our customers happiness and ask that you contact us with any issues upon receiving the goods. 
  • Should an issue arise, please provide us with order number, description of issue, image of the issue, and provide the lot number (located next to the expiry date). 
  • Please do not return any food product without contacting The Perfect Bite co first for specific information regarding the return process
  • Should you receive a product that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately
