Loading ...We make a sun-dried tomato pesto with tender sun-dried tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, parmesan and capers. We chose a deliciously tangy goat cheese to set off the flavors of this intense pesto and finish the mini pizzas with a bit of mozzarella cheese. All atop a homemade crust made especially for us, truly amazing.

Mini Pizzas arrive the next day frozen and are packed on a recyclable Styrofoam tray. Please cook from frozen and remove from tray before cooking.
Directions: Remove the hors d’oeuvres from the tray to bake. Preheat oven to 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove the plastic wrap and product from the enclosed, Styrofoam tray. Place on pizzas on a foil lined baking sheet in the middle rack of the oven for 10-12 minutes until the pizza are soft and chewy or longer for a crispier curst. Do not microwave. Do not use a toaster oven.
