Crab Cakes arrive the next day frozen and are packed on a recyclable Styrofoam tray. Please cook from frozen and remove from tray before cooking. Directions: Remove the hors d’oeuvres from the tray to bake. Preheat oven at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove the plastic wrap and product from the enclosed, Styrofoam tray. Place on a lined baking sheet in the middle rack of oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are crisp, then place on a paper towel to absorb natural moisture. Top with a red rémoulade and tray pass these winners! Do not microwave. Please recycle the tray and the plastic wrap.
