Product Directions
The Brie is packed in a recyclable plastic tray. Please cook from frozen and do not remove from tray before cooking. Directions: Preheat oven at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove the plastic wrap and do not remove Brie from tray. Place tray on a lined (foil or parchment) baking sheet in the middle rack of oven for 40 -45 minutes or until golden brown. Remove tray from oven and allow Brie to rest for 10 minutes prior to cutting (allow cheese to firm up). Do not microwave. Please recycle the tray and the plastic wrap.
For a shiny brown crust, beat one egg with a teaspoon of water in a small bowl and lightly brush onto the top and sides of the puff pastry prior to baking.
