Do I need to be at home to receive the package?

Please try to ensure that someone is available to receive the product, and put them in the freezer. If at the time you order, it is possible that you will not at home, please send the order to a business address or to a trusted neighbor who can accept the delivery for you. If you live in an area or building where the package may be left, the courier service will do so. But please do not leave the products outside of a freezer for more then a few hours upon delivery.

The Perfect Bite Co. is NOT liable for deliveries where the customer is not available to receive the order.

How will my order be packaged?

All of our products are packed in a Styrofoam shipper, with dry ice and/or ice packs and then placed in a cardboard shipper box. Once received, the box should be opened and the products should then immediately be placed in the freezer or refrigerated until ready to be prepared. It is not uncommon for the dry ice to have melted prior to your receiving the package. The product may have begun to thaw and be in a less than frozen state. Please call us immediately if the product is not cool to the touch.

  Where does The Perfect Bite Co. ship its products?

We offer delivery within the continental United States only. If you live in Anchorage , Alaska , or Honolulu , Hawaii , and would like to place an order, please contact us via the contact us form. Please include your address and what items you would like to order so that we may give you an accurate shipping rate by return email. Our apologies, but we do not offer delivery to Canada or other international destinations at this time. Our courier service ships only to physical addresses, and not P.O. boxes.

  I’m having a party this weekend. How late can I order appetizers for timely arrival?

If you place your order by 9:00 AM PST on a Thursday you should receive your order by Friday afternoon.

  How much does Shipping and Handling cost?

Currently we are running a FREE SHIPPING special on orders totaling $99 and over. Due to the very expensive nature of shipping perishable product (we ship overnight on dry ice in a cooler) we have tried to offset the shipping costs for our customers.

  When will I receive my order?

We ship everything overnight. The Perfect Bite Co. ships on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays to guarantee that your order arrives before the weekend. We ship via Federal Express Next Day Air service.

  How can I track my order?

You will receive an email notifying you when your product ships. It will contain a link to the shipper’s website, so that you can track your order. The email will also include a shipping confirmation number, which you simply enter into the tracking system form.
